Mr. Cunningham was the Founder, President, and CEO of Profit Management Consulting a nationally recognized management services firm providing business solutions for 20 years to over 1000 private or closely held middle market companies throughout 24 states. Combined client revenues exceeded $3 billion annually. He has diversified management experience in sales & marketing, finance, and operations. Mr. Cunningham was COO of South Beach Franchising, LLC, a Partner and a Principal of London Capital Corporation, a Knoxville based investment banking firm, a Director, President, and CFO of Vance Communications, Inc., a national communications company with over 300 employees in 15 states serving such companies as IBM, Seimans, Northern Telcom, AT&T, GTE, United Telephone, Erickson, the U.S. Military, State Colleges and Universities. Mr. Cunningham is a franchise owner, a Senior Franchise Consultant with Franchise, Inc a nationally recognized franchise consulting company providing services to Franchisors and buyers of franchises.
For over two decades Mr. Cunningham has diagnosed business solutions for small to medium sized businesses. He has both extensive management consulting and hands-on senior corporate executive management experience. Mr. Cunningham has a superb analytical capability to assess a business situation, determine problems and priorities and initiate changes to manage the processes ensuring success. He has defined, developed, and implemented successful mergers and acquisitions and funding strategies including negotiating and closing multiple transactions. Mr. Cunningham consults extensively with national Franchisor operations and is often engaged by Franchisors to perform prospective new franchisee screening. His role is to represent those potential franchisees matching their goals and qualifications to the "Best Fit" franchise opportunity.

Mr. Cunningham has served as a Commissioner of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Housing Authority and a member of the Lexington Home Ownership Commission, Inc. where he served as Vice Chairman. Mr. Cunningham served as Co-Chair of the Blue Grass State Games and as Co-Chair of the WUKY - Public Radio Fund Raiser. He is a past member of the Mayor's Steering Committee for the Arts & Heritage Festival and the Children's Miracle Network Classic. Mr. Cunningham volunteered several years as a Committee Member for the Sweet Sixteen Academic Auction. He has served on the Board of Directors of The Lexington Forum, The Lexington Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lexington Program and The Lexington Dream Factory. His affiliations have included the Institute Of Management Consultants, the International Society of Speakers, Authors & Consultants, and the American Society for Quality, the Consultant's Registry of America, the Alliance of Consultants, The Consulting Alliance Network and Management Consultant Network International, and Consultant's Referrals, Inc. Mr. Cunningham received a Business Finance Degree from the University of Kentucky and holds a Masters Degree in Business from the Roy E. Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
